01 / Sawmilling and resawing
From log
to project stock.
We mill wide slabs and resaw lumber to suit the project, with milling capacity up to 50 inches wide.
The Workshop
Our workshop combines milling, kiln drying, commercial CNC machining, and bench work.

Equipment and process
Our workshop brings together sawmilling, resawing, kiln drying, CNC machining, and fine woodworking.
We use machinery to prepare and shape the wood, then fit components and finish the details at the bench.
01 / Sawmilling and resawing
We mill wide slabs and resaw lumber to suit the project, with milling capacity up to 50 inches wide.
02 / CNC
CNC machining supports custom shapes, profiles, and engraving. Tooling, materials, and final dimensions are reviewed for each project.
03 / Stock preparation
Surface and thickness planing, straight-line ripping, and wide-belt sanding prepare the wood for the work ahead.
04 / Profiles and joints
Spindle molding, custom profile work, and dedicated joinery equipment help us fit components accurately.
05 / Our kilns
All wood used in our projects is kiln-dried. Our own kilns give us a hands-on role in drying the wood we mill.
06 / Bench work
Components are fitted and checked at the bench, with finishing planned for the wood and its intended use.
Wood selection
We mill much of our own cherry, white oak, maple, and walnut, and source additional kiln-dried hardwoods and exotics as a project calls for them.
We select grain, plan proportions, fit joinery, and check the finished details for each project.
01 / Material
Natural grain and individual features help determine the direction of a piece.
02 / Craft
Designed and built in-house, with precise joinery, tight tolerances, and durable finishes. Furniture made for a lifetime of use.
03 / Proportion
Scale, use, and setting are part of the design from the beginning.
